Welcome to the Villa MINABERRY ;-)
Located in a residential area (near Cinq Cantons), 10 minutes from the BEACHES of Anglet or BIARRITZ ... this is a COMFORTABLE place to discover our beautiful region of the BASQUE COUNTRY.
The Plage des Sables d'Or (Chambre d'Amour) is 2.9 km from the house while it takes 3.9 km to reach La Grande Plage in Biarritz.
Ideal for a FAMILY HOLIDAY where everyone can have their own space and keep some privacy.
# THE HOUSE
I welcome you in a superb and very luminous HOLIDAY HOUSE which has the advantage of offering 2 complete suites on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor... thus guaranteeing the intimacy of each one !!!
Beautiful Villa of 140m² on 2 levels with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a welcoming terrace overlooking the garden with barbecue, 1 covered carport + 2 parking spaces in front of the house behind an electric gate.
Capacity of 8 persons
4-star classification for furnished accommodation
Equipment : high speed internet connection, heating in each room, 2 televisions, board games.
The configuration of the house is ideal :
- to accommodate a large FAMILY
- to bring together an INTER-GENERATION FAMILY with parents / children / grandparents / grandchildren
- to bring together a RECOMPOSED FAMILY for holidays
- reunite several COUPLES of FRIENDS over 30 years old with or without children.
However, due to recurrent problems, we no longer wish to receive groups of young singles.

- The SUITE BEDROOM n°1 (independent) overlooks the terrace and the garden with a double bed (160x200) and a bathroom (shower / basin / WC)
- The TERRACE with its outside table opening onto the wooded and fenced GARDEN ... not forgetting the charcoal BARBECUE for your grills.
A STORE BANNE will protect you from the sun on the terrace to enjoy the aperitif al fresco.
- The BEDROOM SUITE n°2 (in the house) with a double bed 140x190, a bathroom (shower / basin) and separate WC.
- The open-plan KITCHEN is fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, traditional oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.)
- The DINING ROOM comfortably seats 8 people with a large table for entertaining meals
- The TELEVISION ROOM with decorative fireplace (not cleaned, not in use)
>>> ON THE FIRST FLOOR
- At the top of the stairs, you will find a cosy mini living room with television and board games in the cabinet. During the stay, it turns into a games room, a reading room or a television room.
- BEDROOM n°3 with a double bed 140x190 + dressing room
- BEDROOM n°4 with 2 single beds 90x190 + dressing room
- A bathroom with bathtub and shower and washbasin
- A separate toilet.
# IN THE SURROUNDINGS
The house is located in a QUIET residential area mainly composed of villas.
In a radius of 1200m around the house, you will find many SHOPS (Leclerc at 650m, bakery craftsman at 700m ...), the very lively Place des 5 CANTONS with its HALLS (1200m) but also the MARKET of Quintaou at 1100m (Thursday morning and Sunday morning)
I can't advise you enough to rent classic or even better electric bikes for your stay.
There is a cycle path that starts 100m from the house and goes to the BEACHES of Anglet via the Place des CINQ CANTONS, so you can ride without worrying about traffic and parking. The Plage des Sables d'Or in Anglet (3km) or the Grande Plage in Biarritz (3.4km) are only a few pedal strokes away with the electric assistance.
Another option is the "Lacoste" bus stop on line 34 just at the end of the street (190m) which will take you to the Chambre d'Amour (beach, restaurants, bars, entertainment)
For GOLF enthusiasts, there are several golf courses nearby: Golf de Biarritz Le Phare (2,4km), Golf de Chiberta (4km) and Golf d'Ilbarritz (7,4km)

→ During the summer holidays in July and August, the stays run from SATURDAY to SATURDAY.
→ Basic rate up to 6 people then 15€ per night per person beyond 6
→ Animals not allowed
→ Non-smoking rental (inside)
→ If you like THALASSO, don't forget to add a swimming costume in your suitcase (preferential rates thanks to a partnership for my tenants)
→ If you want to RENT electric BIKES, please ask me. I have a local partnership with rates for my tenants.
# RENTAL CONDITIONS :
- LINEN is NOT INCLUDED in the rental. It is an OPTIONAL service.
For your stay, you can :
> either bring your OWN bed linen and towels
> or RENT LINEN KITS from the dry cleaners which will be installed on your arrival (rental up to 1 week: double bed 35€, single bed 20€, additional week +15€ per bed).
The linen kit includes bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillow case), bathroom linen (1 shower sheet and 1 towel per person), bath mats and dish towels.
In all cases, the use of fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases is compulsory for reasons of hygiene (a sleeping bag is not sufficient).
And of course, the rented linen must be returned in good condition on departure.
- Following the reservation, the tenant will receive a REGISTRATION FORM to be filled in with these details and a scan of his/her ID to validate the stay.
- A SECURITY DEPOSIT of 1.000€ by credit card imprint will be requested before arrival (3D secure authorization link). It will be returned after verification of the accommodation by the cleaning team. Your credit card will not be charged (except of course in case of damages noticed after your stay).
